There is a security and insurance risk if someone other than a member or guest is present.
1.. IPHA TAG WITH KEY MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES WITH RESIDENTS FOR IDENTIFICATION.
2. All guests must be accompanied by a resident of Inverness Point.
3. Guest limit is 5 per household without reservation. Residents under 19, without parents, are limited to 3 guests.
Children under 14 must have parent or adult supervision to use pool.
Any child who cannot swim must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
4. Proper swim attire must be worn. Street clothes and shoes are not allowed in water. Waterproof infant swimwear required per Hoover. Diaper changing on deck area prohibited per Shelby County.
5. All persons should shower before entering water.
6. Games, tubes and other water play equipment are permitted if properly supervised.
7. Dispose of your trash when departing pool and tennis court areas
Not allowed:
Any person with open wounds or experiencing diarrhea within the past 2 weeks
Running and boisterous play on pool deck. Diving, Glass articles, sharp metal objects and other hazardous objects
Gum and tobacco on the wet deck area.
All pets and animals with exception of service dogs, if applicable. Certification
must be available upon request.
Bicycles, skateboards, roller skates etc., are not allowed on the tennis court.
All Residents have the right and responsibility to enforce rule abuse and/or ask any patron to leave for noncompliance with the above rules.
Homeowners are financially and legally responsible for any injury and damage to the facilities caused by homeowner or their guests.

Legal concerns: (non-members, underage drinking, destructive behavior) report to Hoover Police Dept 205.822.5300, as well as to a board member.
Pool Problems: (low water level, overflowing, dirty pool) call Rob Fish 205.266.5432, or any board member.
Please lower umbrellas and lock gate when departing.
