Pool/Clubhouse Reservations
1. Only one reservation per day per resident.
2. Reservation of the pool includes the use of the clubhouse, with checks payable to IPHA, for the usage fee of $75 and a cleaning deposit of $50 (refundable after posted cleanup procedures have been followed and assuming no damages to facility).
3. The pool and clubhouse can ONLY be reserved on 2 of the three weekend nights before 12:00 noon and after 5:00 p.m. (Weekends consists of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
4. The pool and clubhouse may be reserved on weekdays before 5:00 p.m.
(Pool reservations end at 5:00 pm)
5. The clubhouse only may be reserved at any time during the week or weekends. Usage fee and deposit are applicable.
6. There is a two hour limit for parties before 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. The pool and clubhouse shall be closed no later than 10:00 p.m. during the week and weekends.
7. Person(s) hosting the party is responsible for clean-up and trash removal.
8. No reservations on holiday weekends. A holiday weekend is defined as any weekend where a holiday falls on the weekend or immediately preceeding or following the weekend. (Check the IP Calendar as those reserved days should show on the calendar.

Clubhouse Meeting Reservations
1.. Residents may reserve the clubhouse a minimum of 5 meetings for a discounted price of $40 each.
2. The total rental amount, $200 or more, plus a $50 deposit must be paid in advance.
3. If there is damage requiring the surrender of the damage deposit, a second damage deposit must be paid prior to the next reservation.
4. Reservations must be placed on the IPHA calendar in advance, although not all at one time.
5. Any request for cancellation or rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance. The rental agreement will be for one calendar year beginning when the reservation payment is made.
6. The multiple rental rate may be used Monday through Thursday only. Weekends are excluded.
General
1.. NO pets in the pool.
2. Please do not leave food products in the clubhouse.
3. If you are the only ones left at the pool, please let the umbrellas down when you leave.
