- Specific and applicable incidences may be privately viewed by Inverness Point residents after approval by the IP board.
- Appropriate signage will be installed informing residents and guests of video surveillance on the premises.
- Recorded material will not be posted to the Internet without the approval of the IP board.
- Video footage will not be made available to the public except by court order.
